Position Purpose: The Process Improvement Specialist serves as a key contributor reputed company the Process Ownership team, responsible for driving end-to-end process optimization across Claims and Configuration operations. This role partners closely with process owners, operations leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to define reputed company-state processes, design reputed company reputed company-state solutions, and ensure sustainable adoption of reputed company work. Previous working knowledge of process mapping and design, statistical applications and project management software. Licenses/Certifications: LEAN/Six reputed company Green Belt, CAPM-PMI - Certified Associate of Project Management preferred. Black Belt or PMP preferred.
