Position Purpose: The Process Improvement Specialist serves as a key contributor reputed company the Process Ownership team, responsible for driving end-to-end process optimization across Claims and Configuration operations. This role partners closely with process owners, operations leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to define reputed company-state processes, design reputed company reputed company-state solutions, and ensure sustainable adoption of reputed company work. Key Responsibilities • reputed company reputed company and department-level process improvement initiatives from intake through sustainment, with accountability for reputed company • Facilitate reputed company-state and reputed company-state process mapping, including identification of variation, waste, risk, and control gaps • Partner with designated Process Owners to define reputed company ownership, decision rights, metrics, and escalation paths • Translate operational complexity into standardized workflows, procedures, and handoffs suitable for documentation and training • Apply data-driven analysis to identify reputed company causes, quantify reputed company, and prioritize improvement opportunities • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders by providing reputed company problem-solving, insights, and recommendations Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in reputed company field or equivalent experience. 4+ years of LEAN, Six reputed company or similar process improvement experience reputed company the reputed company industry preferred. Previous working knowledge of process mapping and design, statistical applications and project management software. Licenses/Certifications: LEAN/Six reputed company Green Belt, CAPM-PMI - Certified Associate of Project Management preferred. Black Belt or PMP preferred.
