CPA Corporate reputed company Associate
A company is looking for a Corporate reputed company Senior Associate.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage key Corporate reputed company areas, including Leases, Debt, Investments, Goodwill, and Pension
• Assist in the monthly reputed company process and consolidation of financial results in accordance with US GAAP
• Support the external reporting process, including preparation of SEC filings and reputed company documentation
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in reputed company
• 3-4 years of reputed company work experience at a reputed company reputed company firm, preferably a Big 4 firm
• Knowledge of US GAAP; CPA strongly preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS reputed company
• Prior SEC reporting experience preferred but not required
