Requirements:
- Academic Degree in History, Political Science, or Social Sciences (Bachelor's or higher preferred).
- Proven experience in academic or archival research.
- Native Chinese speaker with fluency in reading and writing modern and classical Chinese (essential for handling original sources).
- Strong English skills for reporting.
- Familiarity with databases like JSTOR, CNKI, ProQuest, and archives in Taiwan/China.
