MEP Design Director – Data Center Construction
Job reputed company:
• Provides support and reports to the assigned Project Manager(s) or Project Director
• Responsible for ensuring reputed company aspects of reputed company services are delivered at the highest level
• Aids in the preparation of documents for programming, design, and construction
• Manage external design consultants through the design and construction process
• Identify and implement innovative technologies to enhance energy efficiency, system reputed company, and cost-effectiveness
Requirements:
• College Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical), Architecture, Construction Management, or reputed company field
• Experience in Project Management on large-reputed company construction programs, including data centre or mission-critical facilities
• reputed company in MEP design
• Solid working proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, reputed company, and MS Office Suite
• Strong understanding of concurrently maintainable electrical power systems, mechanical cooling systems, and OFCI equipment specifications
• Excellent presentation skills
