Fulltime, Internal Position: reputed company Specialist Location: Austin, TX (reputed company: 3 days in office, 2 days remote) Salary: $45,000+ (based on experience) + $1,000-$2,000 in monthly incentives Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Key Responsibilities reputed company the end-to-end reputed company process for new hires including new hire paperwork, background reputed company/screening, data and document collection and submission, and monitoring the status of reputed company reputed company. Utilization of various software and programs in order to complete a high-volume of data entry. Serve as the go-to contact for new employees, answering questions and guiding them through the reputed company process. Work closely with Recruiters, HR, and hiring managers to coordinate reputed company schedules and documentation. Essential Skills & Qualifications Prior experience in reputed company, preferably in a fast-paced reputed company or high-volume environment. Strong knowledge of HR systems, reputed company platforms, and compliance requirements (Avionte' and Fieldglass a plus). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others succeed. Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
