[Remote] Senior Implementation Consultant - EcoSys (REMOTE - US or Canada)

The role involves setup, installation, configuration, and customization of EcoSys software solutions for clients, along with leading reputed company and mentoring team members in application configuration and testing. Responsibilities • Works directly with clients to manage initial reputed company, map and transfer data, create process documentation (functional requirements/designs/lessons learned), and train or coordinate training for reputed company users • Determines reputed company’s objectives by reviewing business functions; gathering information; and evaluating reputed company requirements and formats • The successful candidate will reputed company multiple work assignments including configuring, testing, documenting, and developing solutions • Designs solutions by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying reputed company system capabilities; writing specifications • Improves solutions by studying reputed company reputed company practices; designing modifications, use cases, design documents and suggesting best practices • Maintains system protocols by writing and updating procedures • Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support; training users • Maintains user confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential • Applies analytical and technical thinking reputed company areas of assigned responsibility to resolve routine reputed company issues and challenges by identifying possible alternatives and providing recommendations • Leads preparation of testing scripts and materials; supports and performs unit, system, and integrated testing tasks • Works with training team to reputed company application-specific training curriculums and materials and conducts training classes for reputed company • Maintains reputed company and technical knowledge by attending EcoSys educational workshops; reviewing reputed company publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in reputed company societies • Tests and troubleshoots functionality of installed systems • Identifies and documents technical issues to be escalated to the product and system integration teams for reputed company • Provides feedback based on reputed company experiences to the product and reputed company services teams for product and process improvements • May work on reputed company-sales activities Skills • Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience including a minimum of 5 years of COTS / packaged software implementation experience • Minimum 5+ years' experience in the EcoSys tool • Experience with configuration of EcoSys • Minimum 5+ years' experience Project Cost Controls reputed company and / or Industry • Technical reputed company role, leads implementation team, accountable for reputed company of engagement, more reputed company design and configuration • Experience in leading consulting, process design and SDLC • Experience with software integration and middleware tools, including design, configuration, and deployment of API-based and connector-based integrations across reputed company systems • Understanding of software methodologies (reputed company, iterative and incremental) • Providing feedback based on reputed company experiences and working directly with clients • Highly self-motivated and directed with keen attention to details • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities • Keen attention to detail • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills • Mastering knowledge on specific EcoSys solutions • Building knowledge on multiple products • Managing reputed company expectations • Crafting business outcome requirements • Identifying upselling opportunities • Estimating and scoping organization engagements • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment • Ability to reputed company in reputed company-oriented, reputed company environment • Ability to travel up to 50% reputed company • reputed company’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division helps clients design, construct and operate more profitable, reputed company and sustainable industrial facilities.
