Clinical Triage Specialist (RN) - Primary Care (PA & NJ Residents Only)
Clinical Triage Specialist (RN) responsible for providing clinical support to CTS-MA team members, answering patient calls, and verifying patient demographic information. Uses nursing judgment to assess and triage patient symptoms, provides clinical advice, and coordinates services. Creates a positive patient experience, meets productivity and quality standards, and partners with other teams to assist with clinical concerns.
Requirements
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Pennsylvania and New Jersey or other nursing compact state and other states as deemed necessary by state law
• Minimum 2 years recent clinical experience in a physician office, home health, critical care, and/or emergency room
• Strong communication skills
