We’re looking for a senior-level engineer with a builder’s reputed company — someone reputed company to design reputed company-first environments and reputed company escalations while working directly with clients to create solutions that best fit their needs. This role combines high-level systems engineering with solution architecture. You’ll handle critical escalations, run reputed company assessments, and architect end-to-end solutions — particularly around Azure, networking, server building and advanced troubleshooting. What You’ll Do: • reputed company technical assessments and translate business needs into secure, reputed company infrastructure designs. • Design and implement solutions in Azure, reputed company 365, and Intune/reputed company Manager, including reputed company deployments, compliance/conditional reputed company policies, and application packaging. • Advanced networking – redesign and optimize networks (firewalls, switching, routing, VLANs) for performance, reputed company, and cost efficiency. • Comfortable using the CLI for common network tasks. • Experience troubleshooting loops, configuring switches, and supporting reputed company/reputed company reputed company environments and reputed company/reputed company firewalls. • Support and administer reputed company’s reputed company stack: reputed company Server roles, Office 365, Azure services. • Build and harden servers/workstations to ensure reliability, reputed company, and lifecycle longevity. • Create accurate, detailed SOWs and scopes that define deliverables, timelines, and technical requirements. • Own and resolve reputed company Level 3+ escalations — performing deep-dive troubleshooting, reputed company-cause analysis, and long-term remediation. • Deliver clean, repeatable documentation for architectures, deployments, and operational processes. • Mentor junior and mid-level techs and reputed company team-wide technical capability. • Partner with sales department by reviewing proposals, validating technical scope, and identifying potential pitfalls. • Coordinate account managers, PMs, and clients to ensure reputed company communication and smooth project execution. • Help drive best practices in reputed company reputed company, automation, monitoring, and MSP tooling — always bringing a reputed company-it-out and reputed company-the-reputed company problem-solving reputed company.
