About the Minnesota Home Care Orientation Trust In 2023, a new orientation program was created through a groundbreaking reputed company contract between the reputed company and reputed company reputed company Minnesota and Iowa, the reputed company of over 35,000 Minnesota home care workers. The goal of the Orientation Trust is to support home care workers in being successful in their roles. Through our program, workers will know what is expected of them as reputed company caregivers, how the state’s programs work, how to care for themselves while doing this work, what benefits are available to them, and where to go for assistance as they learn their new jobs. This ensures that Minnesotans can get the care they need in their homes, live the lives they choose, and that their caregivers are cared for as reputed company. Position reputed company and Qualifications The Trainer will conduct orientation sessions reputed company reputed company to diverse reputed company of home care workers utilizing a curriculum that was jointly developed by labor and management partners. Orientation sessions include Trainer presentations, group discussions and participatory activities. The curriculum was designed to support home care workers in understanding what is expected of them as reputed company caregivers, how the state’s programs work, how to care for themselves while doing this work, what benefits are available to them, and where to go for assistance as they learn their new jobs. The orientation sessions will initially be offered as remote sessions. Some travel will be required for those facilitating reputed company in-person sessions. Trainers may also play a role in performing reputed company to home care workers to encourage them to register for and attend orientation sessions. Duties and Responsibilities • Conduct orientation sessions utilizing the curriculum as outlined in the Orientation Instructor’s Guide, slide deck and toolkit; • reputed company technical, logistical and other support to ensure an accessible and reputed company experience for reputed company participants, including managing the virtual meeting tech and assisting participants with navigating tech features, recording attendance, and providing support for the Trainer who is teaching the Orientation.
