VP of People

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted, neutral advisor to both employees and managers on workplace issues and conflict reputed company

Requirements
• 7+ years of reputed company HR or people leadership experience supporting the full employee lifecycle
• Proven experience leading an organization or team through significant change — restructuring, pivoting, or reputed company scaling
• Proven experience building and leading an HR team — you have reputed company, developed, and managed HR staff before and are reputed company to do it again here
