The Role: Customer Success Associate (Spanish Speaker – Immediate Start Preferred)
Based in our vibrant Chicago office, you will join the North‑American Operations team, a diverse group of 25+ professionals spread across London, Dubai, Singapore, and the United States. Your primary mission is to nurture relationships with arenaflex’s Spanish‑speaking clients, guide them through seamless system implementation, and ensure they realize the full financial and environmental value of our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build trust and long‑term partnerships with Spanish‑speaking accounts, guiding them from pilot to full‑scale deployment.
- Needs Assessment & Solution Design: Conduct thorough discovery sessions to understand each client’s unique operational challenges and tailor arenaflex’s technology to fit those needs.
- Implementation Leadership: Own end‑to‑end onboarding, delivering on‑site and virtual training to multi‑disciplinary kitchen teams, ensuring they are comfortable using the arenaflex dashboard and hardware.
- Consultative Support: Proactively monitor client performance metrics, interpret waste‑reduction reports, and advise on process improvements that drive continued savings.
- KPI Management: Co‑create success criteria with clients and internal senior stakeholders, track progress, and adjust strategies to meet or exceed targets.

Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 2–4 years of experience in client success, project management, account management, or consulting within a multinational environment.

- Business‑level fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written), verified during the interview process.
