Job Overview

Based in New York, this full‑time, salaried position offers a competitive compensation range of $90,000 – $110,000 (commensurate with experience) and a comprehensive benefits package. You will operate primarily from a home‑based office, delivering services via arenaflex’s secure virtual collaboration platform (Teams‑style). Travel is minimal, limited to occasional on‑site engagements when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Standard Product Workshops – Deliver engaging virtual training sessions that introduce clients to the core capabilities of arenaflex’s Productivity Suite.
  • Facilitate In‑Depth Product Reviews – Conduct “white‑board” style sessions to explore advanced features, gather feedback, and align solutions with business objectives.
  • Perform Health Checks & Assessments – Evaluate existing deployments, identify optimization opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Execute Post‑Operational Reviews – Analyze implementation outcomes, measure success metrics, and document lessons learned for continuous improvement.
  • Lead Upgrade & Migration Assessments – Guide clients through version upgrades, platform migrations, and modernization initiatives.
  • Conduct Systems Performance Reviews – Monitor application health, troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, and ensure optimal user experience.
  • Serve as Primary Technical Contact – Provide high‑visibility support, resolve escalated issues, and act as the liaison between client leadership and arenaflex technical teams.
  • Drive Adoption & Change Management – Partner with client change‑management specialists to design and execute adoption strategies that maximize ROI.
  • Contribute to Solution Architecture – Leverage deep product knowledge to shape solution designs that align with client infrastructure and security policies.

Essential Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands‑on experience with arenaflex Productivity Suite (including Outlook‑style email, word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation tools) in a support, consulting, or delivery role.
  • Proven expertise in deploying and managing the suite via centralized management tools (e.g., SCCM‑style or MDM‑style platforms).
  • Experience delivering the suite on both Windows and macOS environments, including app‑store or enterprise MDM distribution.
  • Solid background with modern device management solutions (Intune‑style, MECM‑style) for application lifecycle management.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills for the entire arenaflex suite, covering configuration, performance, and integration issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in fast‑paced, client‑facing environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a track record of articulating complex technical concepts to senior business leaders under pressure.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments, governance, and compliance requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Familiarity with ITIL, PROSCI, Six Sigma, or other structured service delivery and project management methodologies.
