Reports To: Staff Accountant (no supervisory responsibilities)
Compensation: $16.00 per hour (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Key Responsibilities

  • High‑Velocity Data Entry: Accurately input a high volume of records—targeting approximately 8,000 keystrokes per hour—into the arenaflex accounting platform.
  • Data Integrity Assurance: Conduct regular reviews, cross‑checks, and verifications to guarantee the accuracy and completeness of all entered information.
  • Support Core Business Functions: Feed critical data for inventory tracking, fuel reporting, and invoicing processes, ensuring timely and error‑free output.
  • Learn Internal Coding Structure: Master arenaflex’s basic internal coding conventions to categorize and index data correctly.
  • Maintain Confidentiality: Safeguard sensitive company and customer information in accordance with industry standards and privacy regulations.
  • Administrative Assistance: Provide additional support to the accounting team, such as document filing, scanning, and ad‑hoc tasks as needed.

Essential Qualifications

  • Two‑year degree (Associate’s) or equivalent professional experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED (minimum requirement).
  • At least two years of experience in a professional office setting, with a proven track record of fast and accurate typing.
  • Demonstrated keystroke speed of a minimum of 8,000 KSPH (keystrokes per hour).
