Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain organized, confidential copies of all submitted forms in both digital and physical formats, adhering to privacy regulations and university policies.
  • Monitor and track immunization compliance for over 5,000 enrolled students, as well as visiting scholars and guests, each of whom may have unique state‑mandated requirements.
  • Generate and dispatch automated notifications through the secure arenaflex patient portal when additional immunizations are required.

Minimum Qualifications
