Key Responsibilities

  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and occasional overtime.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • High school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
  • At least one year of experience in retail, delivery, or a customer‑focused role.
  • Prior experience selling paint, coatings, or related home‑improvement products.
  • Hands‑on experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
  • Fluent in English and conversational ability in Spanish or another language is a strong advantage.
