Key Responsibilities

  • Prescription Data Entry: Accurately input prescription information into arenaflex’s pharmacy management system, including medication name, dosage, directions, refills, and patient allergies.
  • Verification & Cross‑Checking: Review entered data against original prescription orders, confirming dosage calculations, drug interactions, and regulatory compliance.
  • Medication Label Generation: Ensure that printed labels match entered data and meet state and federal labeling requirements.
  • Inventory Coordination: Update inventory counts during data entry, flag low‑stock items, and assist the pharmacy supervisor in requisitioning medications.
  • Insurance Processing Assistance: Capture billing codes and insurance details accurately to streamline claim submissions.

Essential Qualifications
