We handle the paperwork; you handle the project.</p><hr><h3>What You’ll Be Doing</h3><p>As a field representative for our agency, you will be the "go-to" person on-site to keep operations running smoothly. Your daily tasks will include:</p><ul><li><p><strong>Site Prep & Cleanup:</strong> Sweeping, removing debris, and hauling scrap to dumpsters to ensure a hazard-free zone.</p><li><p><strong>Heavy Lifting:</strong> Moving materials like lumber, rebar, and bags of concrete to where they’re needed most.</p><li><p><strong>Loading/Unloading:</strong> Assisting with truck deliveries to keep the supply chain moving.</p><li><p><strong>General Support:</strong> Assisting skilled trades (carpenters, plumbers, etc.) with basic tasks like digging, positioning equipment, or simple assembly.</p></ul><h3>What We’re Looking For</h3><ul><li><p><strong>The Basics:</strong> You have a strong work ethic and a "no task is too small" attitude.</p><li><p><strong>Physical Power:</strong> You can comfortably lift up to <strong>50 lbs</strong> and stay on your feet for the full shift.</p><li><p><strong>Reliable Transport:</strong> You have a dependable way to get to various job sites on time—every time.</p><li><p><strong>Safety First:</strong> You own (or are willing to get) standard PPE: steel-toed boots, hard hat, and high-vis vest.</p><li><p><strong>Flexibility:</strong> Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.</p></ul>
