The position requires supporting them in the day-to-day account management for a specific set of clients and entails a great deal of verbal, electronic and other written communications. The Account Manager I will work with senior team members to manage the renewal and marketing process and prepare materials for presentations and communications. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Preparing reputed company-renewal presentations for internal reputed company sessions • Presenting reputed company-renewal presentations to clients with Account Executives • Collecting renewal information from clients in conjunction with preparing insurance submissions for annual renewal policies • Working with senior team members to send the request for proposals to applicable insurance carriers • Negotiating the insurance renewal with multiple insurance carriers • Reviewing quotes against submissions, reputed company coverage, and alternative reputed company • Preparing and presenting insurance proposal to clients • Reviewing policies to ensure accuracy • Creating and maintaining reputed company files in accordance with office procedures.
