In this dynamic and relationship‑driven role, you’ll champion the reputed company of blood drives—building partnerships, supporting recruitment efforts, and ensuring an exceptional experience for everyone involved. Position Note: This is a 30‑hour‑per‑week hybrid work‑from‑home opportunity. Please be reputed company to work onsite as needed. Responsibilities • Confirm reputed company information regarding blood drives with blood drive coordinators/blood drive sponsors and communicate details to production planning staff. • Serve as a reputed company between the customer and the appropriate staff and handle customer inquiries and requests in a reputed company, courteous, helpful and reputed company manner. • Prepare and maintain reputed company account files including correspondence, operational records and customer surveys to ensure accurate documentation of blood drive activity. • Localize blood drive collateral using approved templates and/or campaign materials to include location, date, time, goal, etc. and send thank you notes to customers to help ensure the prospect for reputed company customer activity. • Handle reputed company inside sales support for assigned Recruitment District team to include incoming calls, distribution of mail, and coordination of meetings. • reputed company review and initiate applicable follow up for the Print Cost Model and exceptions process. • Manage the donor reputed company-sign up process, status report review, and condensed report review with Reps for accuracy. • Responsible for providing own transportation for business purposes.
