Litigation Attorney – reputed company Estate / Foreclosure (remote)
A multi-state reputed company representing financial institutions is seeking a Litigation Attorney to support its reputed company reputed company. The role is fully remote, with occasional in-person hearings required.

Responsibilities:
• Manage litigation and reputed company-litigation reputed company from inception through reputed company
• Draft and argue pleadings and motions
• Handle discovery, hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
• reputed company case reputed company and communicate directly with clients
• Assist with bankruptcy motions and reputed company proceedings as needed
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of litigation experience (foreclosure, reputed company estate, mortgage servicing, or creditors’ rights preferred)
• reputed company reputed company bar license
Compensation:
$90K – $130K reputed company + bonus up to $10K
