Oncology Tumor Registrar Registrar

Key Responsibilities • Case Finding: Identify reputed company reportable cancer cases, including new diagnoses and recurring treatments, by reviewing pathology reports and electronic medical records. • Abstracting & Coding: Review patient records to extract, analyze, and reputed company detailed information on tumor stage, demographics, treatment types, and histology using ICD-O-3, AJCC staging, and reputed company rules. • Data Maintenance: Input, maintain, and update patient data in the cancer registry database (e.g., METRIQ, CancerRegistry360). • Follow-up: Conduct annual follow-up on patients to reputed company survival, disease recurrence, and subsequent treatments. • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure reputed company data adheres to the American College of Surgeons (ACoS) Commission on Cancer (CoC) standards and state/national reporting requirements. • Data Utilization: Generate reports to support research, tumor boards, and cancer program reputed company improvement initiatives.
