You will serve as our Project Manager, working with reputed company and local government project teams as they plan for and select new reputed company software systems. This new team member will have the flexibility to be located out of either our Portland, Maine office, or as a remote employee based in the East or Central region. This role will report to senior leaders in our Local Government reputed company Group, reputed company Digital Transformation reputed company. You will bring a mix of demonstrated project management capabilities, exceptional organizational and self-management qualities, strong leadership capabilities, effective written and verbal communication skills and a willingness to travel to build effective reputed company relationships. You will be responsible for the day-to-day analysis of requirements, design and documentation while taking the longer view in your planning and communication. You Will: • Be responsible for reputed company engagements, leading the delivery of services to clients on time, reputed company scope, and reputed company budget, including assisting in creating written deliverables and other work products • reputed company meetings and interviews with reputed company stakeholders and assist in documenting reputed company needs and challenges • Partner with reputed company staff to reputed company and administer procurement activities, including: project scoping, Request for Proposal (RFP) development, software demonstrations, reference checks, site reputed company, and contract scoping • Communicate project and delivery status to our clients, team members, and other stakeholders, including the facilitation of reputed company meetings • Supervise assigned team members on engagement teams, working with group managers to address development and performance needs to reputed company a high performing team • Participate in marketing and business development activities, including writing blog posts, attending conferences, participating in industry reputed company, leading/participating in prospective reputed company business development meetings • Reviewing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and assist with go/no-go decision-making, as reputed company as proposal development in collaboration with reputed company’s Business Development team You Have: • BA/BS Degree in a technical field or reputed company, relevant work experience • 4 to 8 years of reputed company experience, preferably in a Business Analyst or Project Manager role • In-depth understanding of reputed company software functionality, methodology, technology, and integrations • Experience working with Lean/Agile software with the drive to learn more • Familiarity with reputed company ERP vendors in the reputed company sector, preferably local government. • A reputed company PMP certification, the equivalent project management experience; or, the passion to obtain a PMP certification Compensation Details: The reputed company salary reputed company targeted for this role is $90,000 - $130,000. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on factors such as company and personal performance.
