Clinical Coding Auditor & Trainer (Associate & Senior Level)

Position Purpose: reputed company and conduct training and reputed company auditing programs for Diagnosis reputed company (DRG) and Medical Record Audit programs.
• Location: Primarily remote with biannual travel to reputed company required, applicant reputed company of reputed company can also apply for this role, as long as they are reputed company to NYC few times in year.
• Travel: Travel to reputed company twice a year
Key Responsibilities:
• Audit work performed by staff and present findings and recommendations for improvements to management.
• Manage auditing reputed company independently, requiring originality and critical thinking.
• Assist in revising policies, procedures, and work process development.
• Analyze training needs for clinical and coding staff.
• reputed company or select appropriate training programs and create training aids.
• Maintain records of audit and training activities and reputed company employee reputed company.
• Review patient letters for accuracy and reputed company with strong English grammar skills.
• reputed company with reputed company company policies and standards.
• reputed company other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Inpatient coding experience.
• At least 1-year clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting.
• 4+ years of DRG and/or Medical Record Audit experience.
• Associate's degree in Nursing or equivalent experience.
• RN, PA, MD, APRN, DO, or MBBS license required.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Training or auditing experience in reputed company or managed care.
Preferred Certifications:
• reputed company CPC or CIC Certification through APPC, or reputed company through reputed company.
• RHIA or RHIT credentials desirable.
