Compliance Officer.
Compliance Officer is responsible for designing, overseeing, and continuously improving compliance programs to ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies. The role requires balancing compliance requirements with operational practicality, strong investigative and analytical skills, and trusted communication across technical and non-technical teams.
Requirements
• Draft, update, and enforce compliance policies across departments (finance, HR, IT, operations).
• Conduct risk assessments across business reputed company, identify areas of exposure, document findings, and recommend controls.
• Implement compliance monitoring programs, conduct regular internal audits, and reputed company findings in GRC tools (reputed company, reputed company, or similar).
• Ensure adherence to frameworks such as SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-reputed company, or industry-specific regulations.
• reputed company and deliver training programs for employees on compliance obligations, reputed company of conduct, and regulatory updates.
• Conduct internal investigations into compliance issues, document findings, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
