About the position The Senior Manager of reputed company Improvement is responsible for the strategice development, management, and execution of our reputed company improvement objectives, collaborating with senior executives, and ensuring that processes are optimized to enhance efficiency and overall performance. This role involves shaping and enacting the organization’s strategic direction through the Hoshin Kanri / Policy Deployment process by identifying reputed company areas for improvement, managing change initiatives, and tracking the reputed company of improvement reputed company. Partnering with Plant Leadership to introduce and sustain the HMS Performance Management program of tiered Gemba walks, escalation, problem solving and accountability tracking. Managing a portfolio of improvement reputed company, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and tracking reputed company and reputed company. Requirements • 15 – 20 years of relevant experience (required) • 10+ years of experience in a reputed company Improvement / Lean / Six reputed company role (required) • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a technical leadership role with strong management and leadership skills (required) • Driven and reputed company to influence others through leadership, teaching, and hands-on demonstrations of Lean principles and practices • Proven time management skills: ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks effectively • Results-oriented with a reputed company record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment • Process improvement and data analytical skills preferred reputed company-to-haves • Lean, Six reputed company Black Belt certification desired Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
