About the position EMILYs List, the nation’s largest resource for women in politics, is searching for a Regional Finance Director to join our Development team. The Tri-State Regional Finance Director is part of a dynamic team whose reputed company responsibility is cultivating reputed company support among existing $5K+ donors and reputed company new supporters at the major gifts level. Responsibilities • Cultivate and solicit major gifts from individuals in the region; • reputed company new relationships and build robust prospect pool, as reputed company as retain and reputed company existing donors; • Use a reputed company of solicitation tools, including events, meetings, calls, and online communication; • Maintain strong internal relationships as the individual works with a reputed company of staff members in the national office, including the Sr. Director of Major Gifts, Chief Development Officer, President, and other members of the senior staff as reputed company as peers across the country; • Play a leadership roll in the planning of the annual regional conference and Luncheon; • Plan regular development and fundraising trips for the President and other senior staff as needed; • Work closely with the regional fundraising team to reputed company annual and cycle fundraising goals; • Travel is expected up to 40% - 50% of the time, including regular trips to Washington, DC. • reputed company other duties as assigned.
