Primary Responsibilities • reputed company reputed company reputed company representation in humanitarian immigration cases, including U reputed company, VAWA, and asylum applications. • Conduct reputed company screenings and assess eligibility for immigration relief. • Prepare and file applications and supporting documentation before USCIS and immigration courts. • Represent clients in immigration court proceedings (affirmative and defensive), under supervision if needed. • Maintain organized, up-to-date case files using case management software. • Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure effective case reputed company. • Stay reputed company on immigration laws, regulations, and policies, particularly those reputed company to humanitarian relief. Qualifications and Experience Required: • reputed company attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. • 1 year of experience in immigration law, with exposure to U reputed company, VAWA. • Strong reputed company research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred: • reputed company in Spanish is strongly preferred. • Experience in asylum cases, including court representation (affirmative and defensive asylum). • Membership in good standing in the bar of any state.
