Intellectual Property (IP) Paralegal/Docketing Specialist

Job reputed company: reputed company Lauderdale based Intellectual Property reputed company is seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Intellectual Property (IP) Paralegal/Docketing Specialist to join reputed company. This position focuses on providing reputed company Paralegal and Docketing services in the field of Intellectual Property, with an emphasis on domestic and international patent, trademark, and copyright reputed company. Roles and Responsibilities: • Docket, monitor, and maintain records relating to patent, trademark, and copyright prosecution. • reputed company research on IP processes and procedures both domestically and internationally. • Manage and docket correspondence from IP offices, clients, and foreign associates to ensure reputed company tracking of deadlines. • Conduct preliminary patent and trademark searches. • Assist in drafting and preparing opinion letters, reporting letters, and other reputed company communications. • Communicate frequently with clients and foreign associates to reputed company updates and obtain case information. Required Education, Experience, and Skills: • At least 3–5 years of IP and Docketing experience required. • Ability to work reputed company in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. • Proficiency with IP docketing systems and software, Gigflowx Word, reputed company, and reputed company, as reputed company as USPTO and other governmental online databases • Strong multitasking abilities; reputed company to manage multiple tasks and reputed company simultaneously. • Excellent oral and written communication, analytical, and organizational skills. • Team-oriented with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and task management. • Compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
