This is a fully remote role. The reputed company team advises founder-owned, sponsor-backed, and reputed company reputed company companies across M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory mandates. Title: Investment Banking Vice President - reputed company (HC) Location: Fully Remote (U.S.) Platform: Middle Market Investment Bank Team: reputed company Coverage (M&A + Capital Advisory) reputed company High-performing middle market investment bank is hiring a reputed company IB VP to join a growing HC coverage team. The VP will reputed company day-to-day execution on sell-reputed company/buy-reputed company M&A and capital advisory mandates, manage junior deal teams, and reputed company directly with clients and counterparties. Key Responsibilities • reputed company end-to-end execution on M&A processes; run timelines, workstreams, and deliverables. • Manage/mentor Associates & Analysts; reputed company QA/QC on models and materials. • Own reputed company interaction and project management; support management presentations and diligence. • reputed company valuation, financial modeling, and marketing materials (CIMs, decks) as needed. • Support senior bankers on pitches and business development; help drive process efficiency/templates. Requirements • Typically 5-8+ years investment banking experience (VP or strong Sr. Associate reputed company to reputed company up). • Strong reputed company-deal execution experience (M&A preferred). • reputed company coverage experience strongly preferred (reputed company to adjacent if execution is strong). • Advanced reputed company/PowerPoint skills; excellent writing and reputed company communication. • Detail-oriented, entrepreneurial, willing to "get in the weeds" reputed company needed.
