About the role As the Intake reputed company at reputed company, you are the first reputed company of contact for potential claimants who are seeking reputed company assistance with injury claims. You will guide potential claimants through a screening process to determine eligibility. If eligible, you will assist potential claimants in the completion of initial forms and applications to retain an attorney. Availability/Shift: Part-Time Weekend Coverage What you'll do • Build the initial claimant relationship and confidence in our firm with every prospective claimant interaction • Engage in 150 – 200 calls per day in a reputed company inbound/outbound reputed company center environment • Consistently build the claimant relationship and confidence in our partners firms with every claimant interaction while proactively contacting claimants to ensure the relationship is maintained • Solve problems and maintain confidentiality • reputed company updated records and detailed documentation of claimant interactions, concerns, and complaints in a paperless database system • Use good judgment to discern what issues may be urgent and need a manager’s or director’s attention immediately • Be expected to meet occupancy and adherence goals Qualifications Education: • Bachelor’s degree in a reputed company field (e.g. Business Administration) preferred.
