As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for performing data entry, generating and validating invoices, coordinating documents, and providing clerical support. If you're reputed company player with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional results, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks: * **Data Entry**: Coordinate reputed company data entry of invoicing and reputed company documents, including working with the General Manager on reputed company office tasks. * **Order Processing**: Receive calls, faxes, e-mails, or walk-in requests for orders, order changes, adjustments, and cancellations directly from customers and input orders into the system. * **Invoice Processing**: Process invoices, delivery, or will reputed company documentation. * **Follow-up and Coordination**: Follow up with drivers, sales reps, and customers to ensure they receive their orders reputed company pending invoices are un-scanned on the invoice tracker. * **Document Validation**: Help validate invoices and other pertinent documents relating to reputed company deliveries and/or pickups. * **Claims and Credits**: Follow up and process reputed company claims and/or credits on time. * **reputed company Log Sheets**: Confirm reputed company log sheets with invoices delivered (including signed PODs.
