Digital Operations & Systems Coordinator (Full-Time, Remote) Sweet Grass Farms Full-Time | Remote (Eastern Time Hours Required) $18–$22 per hour (based on experience) About Sweet Grass Farms Sweet Grass Farms is a purpose-driven agricultural and equine supply company based in Campobello, South Carolina. We serve horse owners, farms, and rural families who care deeply about quality nutrition and responsible land stewardship. We are growing and strengthening our internal systems to support long-term expansion. We are looking for someone who loves organization, digital systems, structured workflows, and completing meaningful behind-the-scenes work that keeps a business running smoothly. This is not a creative marketing strategist role and not a bookkeeping position. It is a high-responsibility digital operations and administrative role focused on execution, organization, and follow-through. Position Overview The Digital Operations & Systems Coordinator is responsible for managing and maintaining the digital backbone of the business. You will oversee our internal databases, website updates, product information, task execution, documentation systems, and implementation of marketing and operational plans created by leadership. This role is ideal for someone who: • Loves structured systems and organized workflows • Is extremely comfortable with computers, AI tools, and learning new platforms • Enjoys repetitive but important tasks done accurately • Takes ownership of projects and follows through without being chased • Wants a long-term position with increasing responsibility Core Responsibilities Systems & Database Management • Maintain and update Airtable (order tracking, internal records, operational data) • Ensure information is accurate, current, and organized • Monitor workflows and flag inconsistencies Shopify Website & Product Updates • Update product descriptions, pricing, and inventory • Upload and organize product images • Improve product clarity using structured formatting and AI tools (training provided) • Maintain consistent product presentation standards Digital Administrative Support • Upload receipts and documentation • Organize Google Drive folders and shared systems • Support logistics documentation and reporting • Assist in tracking weights, damages, and vendor information Marketing Implementation Support • Schedule and post content created by leadership • Compile graphics in Canva • Format written materials • Assist in organizing campaigns and launch checklists • Execute plans — not create strategy Operational Follow-Through • Track open tasks and follow up proactively • Help ensure initiatives move from idea to completion • Maintain documentation for repeatable systems Qualifications Required: • Strong digital literacy and comfort learning new software quickly • Experience with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel) • Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify preferred) • Comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT to refine writing and streamline tasks • High attention to detail • Strong written communication skills • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace Preferred: • Experience with Airtable or similar database systems • Experience in small business operations • Experience with Canva • Familiarity with agriculture, equine, or rural communities Work Structure This is a fully remote position. Candidates must be available during Eastern Time business hours. Local candidates are welcome, and occasional in-person collaboration in Campobello, SC may be available if desired, but it is not required. This is a full-time hourly position (approximately 40 hours per week).
