Job Details: • 1:1 Nursing in patient's home • 7yr old with Tracheostomy, Ventilator, Gastrostomy, Seizure activity • Part-time or per diem schedule (Full-time available on nearby cases) • Patient-specific training provided • Other cases/shifts available in surrounding areas (Contact us for more info) Available Shifts: • Monday - Thursday: (4:00PM - 9:00PM) Responsibilities: • Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator required • NYS Nursing licensure required • Must be computer literate • Completion of onboarding required prior to training • Must be able to complete nursing notes within 24 hours of the shift being completed • Must have malpractice insurance Compensation: • Starting at $42/hr Benefits: • Competitive compensation • Differential pay based on education, experience, certifications, and working in high need areas • Paid Vacation & Sick time • Training provided including paid clinical orientation, preceptorship, and ongoing skills labs • Flexible work hours & scheduling • 1:1 Working environment • 24 Hour Support from our Administrative Team • Retirement savings program • 401k • Health Insurance for full-time staff, $0 deductible plans available • Tuition reimbursement after 6 months and CEU credits • Referral Bonus incentives starting at $500 per referral • Remote onboarding available Apply now for immediate consideration.
