Description Details Seeking Couples Counselor or Social Worker • Family or Couples Counselor for Anywhere Wellness Full Time • Benefits/PTO (considering Individual Counselors as well) • Job type • Part-time employee 24 hr minimum, Full-time employee preferred • Location(s) • Remote • Overview • Seeking Full or Part Time Couples/Family Counselor - (individual counselors encouraged to apply as well) • Description • $75-80/per hour Counselor (Couples/Family/Individual Counselors or equivalent)-no Associates • Full Benefits/PTO/Incentive pay in addition • Counselors will provide therapy services to individuals, couples, and families dealing with a wide range of issues, including relationship challenges, communication struggles, conflict resolution, parenting concerns, and more. • The position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home office and set your schedule with your clients. • Description • Responsibilities: • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy via secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms. • Assess client needs, create treatment plans, and offer tailored counseling strategies. • Help clients build better communication skills, resolve conflicts, and strengthen relationships. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and progress notes. • Collaborate with other team members, as needed, to ensure comprehensive care. • Stay up-to-date with current counseling methods, techniques, and best practices. • Adhere to all ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards. • Qualifications: • Washington State licensure as an LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, or equivalent.
