Job Description:
Eskola, LLC is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Regional Revenue Operations Manager! The Regional Revenue Operations Manager is the primary conduit between sales, estimating, operations, and high-level customer interactions. This role is responsible for guiding our sales and estimating teams and clients through complex commercial roofing & waterproofing solutions, ensuring our offerings meet performance, compliance, and client expectations. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of commercial roofing & waterproofing systems, exceptional leadership, and a strategic mindset to help drive revenue growth. Ideal candidates will be process oriented and highly organized to meet the demands of overseeing and supporting a large regional team.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Leadership:
• Execute sales and estimating strategies targeting facility owners, property managers, general contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Lead, coach, and train the sales and estimating teams on commercial roofing systems, specifications, and application methods.
• Monitor revenue goals, metrics, and performance standards for the region.
Technical Expertise & Project Support:
• Act as the primary sales and estimating technical authority on commercial roofing & waterproofing systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, built-up roofing (BUR), liquid applied systems, and commercial metal roofing.
• Provide technical consultation during qualification, bidding, and project planning phases.
• Review construction documents, specifications, and scopes of work to recommend optimal roofing & waterproofing solutions.
Client Solutions & Stakeholder Engagement:
• Partner directly with clients, architects, consultants, and general contractors to provide pre-sale technical guidance and build trust.
• Participate in high-value presentations, RFP responses, and client meetings to ensure technical alignment with project requirements.
• Collaborate with internal operations and estimating teams to ensure accurate and feasible project proposals.
Product Knowledge & Industry Trends:
• Stay ahead of commercial roofing & waterproofing innovations, building code changes, and competitive landscape.
• Provide insight to the marketing, sales, and estimating teams to align offerings with market demand.
• Represent the company at trade shows, association meetings (e.g., NRCA, IIBEC), and technical conferences.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 7+ years of experience in commercial roofing sales, estimating, or technical project management.
• Deep technical knowledge of roofing & waterproofing systems, installation practices, and industry standards.
• Demonstrated success in sales and/or estimating team leadership.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex systems to both technical and non'technical audiences.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and construction software such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Edge Estimating, or Dataforma.
• Must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening as a condition of hire.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record that meets company and insurance requirements to travel regionally as required.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
• Familiarity with regional commercial building codes, energy efficiency programs, and roofing-related compliance standards.
• Experience working with clients within our Ideal Customer Profile in the verticals of property management, industrial, manufacturing, healthcare, education, and institutional customers.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is preferred
