Sales Manager – Major Accounts
Job Description:
• Responsible for the oversight and development of assigned Major Accounts clients
• Provide the primary point of contact for the corporate offices
• Develop and deliver customized solutions that drive growth and deepen long-term relationships
• Manage the overall client experience while executing on business relationships
• Ensure that all products and services are accurately presented and delivered
• Forecast business results and create the strategic direction necessary for profitable relationships
• Meet with dealers to discuss consumer and commercial lending products
• Train and mentor new and less experienced staff
Requirements:
• 4 year degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years related experience required
• Extensive knowledge of various dealer finance and indirect consumer lending products and services and credit decisions
• Proven sales track record, including history of successfully attracting new Customers
• Account management skills, including ability to build strong and lasting business relationships
• Refined negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent PC skills
