Remote Sales Agent (Commission-Only)
Our client is a real estate investment and property management firm specializing in luxury and high-end properties. They focus on delivering exceptional services to both property owners and tenants through strategic management and a commitment to quality.
Salary:
$150,000-$185,000 on-target annual income (commission-only structure), plus $6,000 sign-on bonus (paid in two $3,000 increments after 30 days and 8-week onboarding completion).

Our client is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven individual for a remote, full-time sales role. Job Responsibilities:
• Respond swiftly to incoming leads, prioritizing homeowners in distressed situations.
• Engage in daily outbound calls to build relationships and offer real estate solutions.
• Convert qualified leads into signed contracts by guiding distressed homeowners through the selling process.
• Manage and follow up on leads consistently, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
• Maintain an up-to-date CRM system, tracking interactions, follow-ups, and contract progress.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets, maintaining high productivity and accountability.
Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a high-pressure environment.
• Proven track record in achieving sales goals and handling challenging situations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly self-motivated, independent, and results oriented.
• Ability to embrace change and tackle new challenges.
• Experience using CRM systems is a plus.
