Role Type: Full-Time / Production Support & Evolution
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Production Support Administrator to serve as the technical backbone of our Salesforce ecosystem. In this role, you aren’t just maintaining a system; you are empowering a global workforce by ensuring our platform is scalable, friction-free, and high-performing.
As a "Hybrid" expert, you will bridge the gap between standard configuration and custom development, providing critical oversight for automation, integrations, and complex system architecture.
Key Responsibilities
• System Stewardship: Lead the day-to-day stability of Salesforce Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds. Diagnose and resolve high-priority incidents with minimal downtime.
• Solution Design: Collaborate with project leads to assess CRM requirements and design scalable solutions that align with business objectives.
• Technical Oversight: Supervise and implement modifications involving Apex and JavaScript. Perform root-cause analysis on automation breakdowns and partner with developers on code-level fixes.
• Data & Governance: Own Data Model Governance, ensuring all changes adhere to strict change-management standards and best practices.
• Process Optimization: Identify "bottlenecks" in current business processes and design custom objects, fields, and advanced reporting/dashboards to solve them.
• Collaboration: Act as a bridge between local stakeholders and offshore technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
What You Bring
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of dedicated Salesforce Administration experience with a portfolio of successful project implementations.
• Technical Depth: In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture. Experience with CI/CD and integration tools like Dell Boomi is a strong advantage.
• Hybrid Capability: Proficient in declarative features but comfortable working with Apex and JavaScript to supervise or assist in technical modifications.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience within Human Resources Management environments is preferred.
• Certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator is required.
• Compliance: Must have valid US Work Authorization (Sponsorship is not available for this role).
What We Offer
• Competitive compensation with bonus eligibility.
• Comprehensive benefits: Multiple healthcare options, matching 401k, and tuition reimbursement.
• Growth-centric environment with continuous professional development.
• Generous PTO and holiday schedule.
• Employee discount programs for travel, entertainment, and more.
