Description: PCG Consulting Group is a leading minority-owned consulting firm headquartered in Chicago, IL. We partner with Deloitte and public-sector clients to deliver hands-on transformation support across complex government healthcare environments. We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support the configuration and ongoing operation of HR ServiceLink built on Salesforce Service Cloud for a large public healthcare system. This role is focused on hands-on Salesforce configuration, workflow automation, and operational system support for HR service delivery and case management processes. You will work closely with functional consultants and HR stakeholders to ensure Salesforce workflows remain accurate, reliable, and aligned with evolving HR processes. This role is ideal for a Salesforce administrator who enjoys building and maintaining operational workflows that support large-scale employee services. Key Responsibilities • Configure and maintain Salesforce Service Cloud case management workflows • Build and manage case types, subtypes, routing rules, and approval processes • Implement and maintain workflow rules, validation rules, and automation • Support Separation Action Forms (SAF) workflows and HR service request processes • Configure Salesforce functionality supporting HR programs such as: • Learning Institute • Organizational Development • Internship Programs • HR Operations • Manage data validation rules and configuration updates • Maintain system configuration as HR policies and workflows evolve • Support testing and deployment of new Salesforce enhancements • Collaborate with functional consultants and delivery teams on feature updates and improvements Ideal Candidate Profile You are a hands-on Salesforce builder who enjoys improving operational workflows through configuration. You thrive in environments where: • HR processes evolve frequently • Salesforce workflows must adapt quickly • Operational systems must remain stable, scalable, and reliable Location: Remote (U.S.) Contract: 20+ week engagement with potential extension Industry: Public Healthcare / Government Health System Client Environment: Large enterprise consulting-led transformation Requirements: Required Experience • 3–6 years of Salesforce Administration experience • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud • Strong experience configuring: • Case management workflows • Automation and workflow rules • Validation rules • Routing and approval processes • Experience supporting enterprise Salesforce environments • Ability to manage multiple configuration updates and workflow changes simultaneously Preferred Experience • Salesforce Administrator Certification • Experience supporting HR service delivery or HR case management systems • Experience working within consulting-led project environments • Familiarity with HR operations or HR shared services models Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
