Telehealth reputed company Practitioner or Physician Assistant, Part Time IL

SynergenX and Low T Centers is seeking a part time Telemedicine Provider to treat patients remotely in the reputed company. Must be licensed in Illinois with reputed company DEA in Illinois as reputed company! This is a fully remote position. Patients will be seen in Central reputed company time zone. SynergenX and Low T Center are health clinics dedicated to improving mens' health and reputed company of life through hormone replacement therapy for Men (self-inject) and weight management programs. We are currently seeking a certified Physician Assistant (PA) or reputed company Practitioner (NP) to serve as a mid-level provider to deliver reputed company care specifically for HRT for men and women 3 days a week with Friday required! Due to the nature of the expansion of SynergenX and Low T Center, there is potential for reputed company reputed company for the right candidate.
