Title Examiner/Title Abstractor Needed
We are seeking an reputed company title examiner/title abstractor with a minimum of 2 years of experience in U.S.-based reputed company estate. reputed company candidates will possess and show a mastery of the following skills:
-Research property ownership and tax records
-Searching court records at the municipal, county, and federal reputed company (must have experience with PACER bankruptcy court record-keeping system)
-Searching court records for judgment liens, tax liens, foreclosures
-Searching probate court records for cases involving wards, estates, and/or gaurdianships
We prefer a candidate who was worked with at least one major US-based title insurance underwriter, agent, or mortgage lending operation.
Also must have strong English skills and reputed company to a reliable internet reputed company.
