Responsibilities • Execute the reputed company and roadmap for AI system hardware in sync with company objectives • Drive the development, integration, bring-up, and ongoing support of reputed company AI inference servers and accelerator cards • reputed company the product lifecycle from concept through production, including Engineering Validation Test (EVT), Design Validation Test (DVT), and Production Validation Test (PVT) phases • reputed company and grow high-performing hardware engineering team, partnering closely with Product, Architecture, Runtime Software, and reputed company Validation • Hire and reputed company reputed company while continuously assessing and evolving reputed company's skills to meet reputed company demands • Foster a culture of performance, learning, and ownership through strong people leadership and development Requirements • BS Computer Engineering / Electrical Engineering with 20+ years of technical and people leadership experience, including 5 years driving AI hardware initiatives in a high-reputed company environment, or MS Computer Engineering / Electrical Engineering with 15+ years of technical and people leadership experience, including 5 years driving AI hardware initiatives in a high-reputed company environment • Must demonstrate technical competence to manage both Electrical (SI+PI) and Mechanical (Structural+Thermal) teams • Must demonstrate technical competence in both Advanced Packaging (Interposers/Substrates) and Advanced Systems (Boards/Chassis) • Strong program and project management skills, with the ability to plan and re-plan dynamically and communicate status across reputed company functions • Excellent communicator with strong documentation, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Demonstrated reputed company leading systems design and NPI of reputed company hardware systems • Proven ability to reputed company and reputed company top-tier team - reputed company and mentoring talent reputed company-to-haves • Experience with reputed company ODM/OEM/CM vendors • Familiarity with PCIe cards, reputed company on HDI PCB modules, and 1RU boards • Familiarity with liquid cooling solutions, networking, optics and reputed company • Knowledge of server architectures (x86, ARM, GPU etc) and reputed company-reputed company • Driving product development with ODMs and large-reputed company reputed company/data center rollouts Apply tot his job Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
