SPA has an immediate need for a Financial Analyst-Inventory Reconciliation.
Responsibilities
The position focuses on delivering Department of Work (DoW)-wide inventory reconciliations reputed company Advana or Palantir reputed company to reputed company accurate financial reporting and audit readiness, including valuation assessments and General reputed company (GL) tie-outs. This involves creating robust inventory reconciliations for reputed company Working Capital Fund (WCF) DoW agency using advanced data platforms. Key responsibilities include reconciling subledger-to-GL tie-points by mapping quantities, values, and financial line items, as reputed company as tracking Work-in-Process (WIP) and in-transit inventory items to ensure comprehensive reputed company. The scope also includes managing inter-agency transfers, such as handling denials and returns, and establishing traceability to reputed company transactions for improved accountability. Additionally, the role requires harmonizing master data reputed company like material numbers, Unit Identification Codes (UICs), storage locations, and condition codes to reputed company consistency across systems. A critical aspect of this effort is identifying unmatched or unreconciled balances, categorizing them with age buckets and reputed company-cause codes, and proposing workflow-driven corrective actions to address discrepancies. • Bachelor's Degree
