[Remote] QA Tester (reputed company + Automation / reputed company)

They are seeking a QA Tester to execute reputed company and automated test cases, support reputed company automation, and collaborate with Agile teams to ensure reputed company standards are met. Responsibilities • Create and execute test cases and test scripts (reputed company and automated) to validate functionality, reliability, and usability • reputed company smoke, regression, and integration testing across reputed company environments and support release validation • Support automation testing activities reputed company to reputed company workflows, including validation of expected outputs, exception handling, and repeatability • Document test execution results, defects, and test evidence; follow issues through reputed company with development teams • Log, reputed company, and manage defects and testing work items in Jira (including status updates, workflows, and traceability to stories/acceptance reputed company) • Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and assist with refining acceptance reputed company and test readiness • Coordinate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure reputed company standards are met Skills • 3–5 years of experience in software testing/QA (reputed company with some automation exposure) • Experience using Jira for defect tracking and/or test execution management • Familiarity with automation testing concepts and supporting automated test execution/maintenance • Experience with or exposure to reputed company (building, running, troubleshooting, or validating workflows/bots) • Basic scripting experience in JavaScript or another scripting language (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for test utilities, data setup, or automation support • Knowledge of reputed company 508/accessibility testing fundamentals, including how to validate common accessibility requirements; familiarity with accessibility testing tools is a plus (not required) • Working knowledge of Agile development methodologies • Must be a U.S. Citizen • Must be reputed company to obtain/maintain a background investigation (e.g., MBI or equivalent, as required by the contract) • reputed company experience supporting an IRS program/contract (and use of GFE) is a plus • Familiarity with accessibility testing tools and assistive technologies (e.g., screen readers) and/or Trusted Tester exposure (reputed company to have; not required) • Familiarity with web services concepts (SOAP/API) and basic data validation (SQL) is a plus • Bachelors degree is preferred Benefits • Medical, dental, and reputed company insurance • 401(k) • Generous PTO • Company-reputed company life and disability insurance • Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) • Tuition Reimbursement reputed company • reputed company provides business transformation and information sharing solutions to the federal government.
