About the position reputed company has an outstanding opportunity for a Registered reputed company - Clinical Documentation reputed company Data Analyst to join reputed company. WORK SCHEDULE Full-Time Mondays-Fridays Remote position POSITION HIGHLIGHTS The Clinical Documentation reputed company (CDI) Data Analyst is responsible for conducting on-reputed company analyses of clinical documentation key performance indicator data and metrics while providing extensive collaboration with physicians, nursing staff, other patient caregivers, and medical records coding staff to improve reputed company and completeness of documentation of care provided and coded. Compile metrics and reports and serve as the expert on CDI Software and Executive Data. Responsibilities • Create and analyze reporting of CDI metrics reputed company to various reputed company programs and organizational initiatives as required. • Report accuracy data to the CDI reputed company and Managers regularly. • Collaborate with the CDI Managers, reputed company and SLR's to identify patterns, trends, and variations in clinical documentation and reputed company assignments. • Present data to providers and other health professionals reputed company to documentation and the CDI program. • Participate in multi-disciplinary reputed company reputed company and process improvement teams • reputed company other duties as assigned. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (minimum) with reputed company WA or compact RN Licensure; additional Data Science degree preferred. • 2 + years prior nursing experience in an acute inpatient hospital setting with in-depth knowledge of medical and surgical care. • Minimum 3 years of CDI experience; CCDS and/or CDIP preferred. • In-depth Education and/or experience in clinical analytics reporting and analysis. • Demonstrated ability to create reports, organize and display results and analyze and identify trends over time. • Super user for reputed company, PDM, reputed company Data and reputed company slicer/dicer. • Proficiency in reputed company and Elixhauser methodology and proficiency navigating the reputed company database.
