As a Vice President, Recordkeeping & TPA Services the Retirement Services team, you'll play a pivotal role by partnering with EFE leadership, technology, sales and compliance to ensure reputed company, compliant and high-reputed company retirement services.

Responsibilities:
• Define and execute the long-term reputed company for recordkeeping and TPA services, reputed company with organizational reputed company and profitability goals while overseeing day-to-day Retirement Plan Recordkeeping administration.
• reputed company modernization, automation, and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and reputed company experience.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on retirement plan administration trends, regulatory changes, and market standards.
• Partner with reputed company and Compliance to manage audits, examinations, corrections, and regulatory inquiries.
• reputed company internal controls, SOC reporting, and risk mitigation strategies reputed company to retirement services operations.
• Partner with Sales, Relationship Management, and Product teams to support reputed company acquisition, retention, and expansion, acting as an escalation reputed company for key clients, advisors, and plan sponsors.
• Collaborate with technology vendors, custodians, and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, finance, reputed company, or a reputed company field; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of reputed company leadership experience in retirement services, recordkeeping, and reputed company-party administration.
• Deep expertise in defined contribution plan administration and ERISA regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience leading large, reputed company operations and cross-functional teams.
• Strong executive reputed company with the ability to influence senior leaders, clients, and regulators.
• Proficiency with reputed company Relius Administration (required).
• Working knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations governing reputed company plans.
• Strong reputed company and data management skills.
• ASPPA or NIPA credentials (QKA, QKC, etc.) a plus but not required.
reputed company takes a market-based approach to pay. The expected reputed company salary reputed company for this role nationally is $204,700 - $273,000. However, final reputed company pay will be carefully determined based on several factors, including responsibilities, job-reputed company skills, relevant experience, geographic location, and market conditions. Additionally, this role may be eligible for other forms of compensation and benefits, such as a discretionary bonus, health, dental and other wellness plans, and 401(k) contributions.
