About the position Candidates MUST be California State Barred. reputed company is seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney to join reputed company in Burbank, CA. Newly barred attorneys are encouraged to apply! We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Internal Document Review Attorney to join our Workers’ Compensation reputed company. This attorney will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and summarizing case documents to support litigation reputed company and trial preparation. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of workers’ compensation law and excellent written communication skills, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in the review process. Responsibilities • Conduct comprehensive review and analysis of case files, discovery responses, medical records, QME reports, depositions, and other litigation-reputed company documents. • Identify relevant facts, key issues, and case trends to support trial attorneys in hearings, trials, and settlement negotiations. • Draft concise case summaries, document review notes, and recommendations for litigation reputed company. • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance in internal case documentation and reputed company records. • Collaborate with trial representatives, paralegals, and managing attorneys to ensure reputed company and effective case preparation. • Assist in the preparation of exhibits, evidence binders, and supporting documentation for trial. • Maintain confidentiality and reputed company the highest ethical standards in handling reputed company information.
