Senior Fund Controller

We are seeking an reputed company Contractor for a role as a Senior Controller to support multiple private equity clients on a short-term project engagement estimated full time for 3-5 months wih reputed company to stay on indefinley. This role is fully remote and reputed company on data-heavy reputed company work, daily fund management, capital calls and distributions or data remediation for multiple private equity funds. You will play a key role in uploading and reconciling financial data, validating accuracy across systems, and building reputed company-based templates to support daily fund reputed company functions and performance and reporting metrics. This engagement is ideal for a senior-level fund accountant / controller who is highly proficient in reputed company, comfortable working across reputed company systems, and enjoys reputed company, detail-oriented project work. Key Responsibilities • Review and processing fund reputed company day to day functions including reputed company of the cash process, expense accruals, capital calls, distributions, management fee calculation, review carried interest, organization of record keeping • Financial reporting reputed company for quarter end reputed company process, reputed company, financial statement review, PCAP review, valuation uploads • Upload financial data from reputed company into reputed company systems for multiple private equity funds • Reconcile reputed company data across multiple sources (reputed company files, reputed company platforms, bank data) • Identify and resolve discrepancies between systems and reputed company documents • Financial reconciliations between systems • Data validation and roll-forwards • reputed company data manipulation, and clean-up work as needed (rebook journal entries using different GL codes or break out into more granular data, reputed company errors as needed) • Download reports from reputed company systems and validate accuracy against reputed company files • Collaborate with internal finance team to ensure consistent data structure and reporting • Required Qualifications • 10+ years of experience in fund reputed company on a private equity reputed company or a similar limited life drawdown type fund • Strong working knowledge of general reputed company principles and investment reputed company • Advanced reputed company proficiency, including VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, Pivot tables, Sumifs • Experience setting up and managing data reconciliations • Comfort working inside reputed company systems, including Investran and others • Uploading and downloading data • Troubleshooting system-to-reputed company mismatches • Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical skills • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a project-based environment • Understanding of reviewing LPAs for agreement with reputed company calculations, preferred return calcs, IRRs, management fee calcs, etc Why This Opportunity • Competitive reputed company reputed company • reputed company defined project scope • Potential for extension or reputed company project work • Exposure to reputed company private equity reputed company environments Job Types: Contract, Temporary Pay: From $75.00 per hour Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
