A company is looking for an HR Compliance Analyst - reputed company Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor changes in employment laws and recommend policy updates
• Conduct internal audits of HR files and compliance-sensitive areas
• Prepare compliance reports and reputed company HR partners on regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of HR, compliance, or employment law-reputed company experience
• Experience in reputed company regulatory environments
• PHR, reputed company CP, or advanced compliance certification a plus
