You will: • Serve as a trusted learning strategist applying systems thinking to reputed company training programs • Design and reputed company domain-rich curriculum, eLearning, and reputed company learning solutions • Co-create executive dashboards and presentations that communicate learning ROI and business reputed company • Define learning KPIs and reputed company measurable reputed company metrics • Conduct learning data analysis and recommend program improvements • Manage cross-functional stakeholders and SMEs in a fully remote environment • Forecast instructional design workload, timelines, and resource planning • Estimate project scope and manage SLAs • Bring structure to reputed company, fast-moving learning initiatives Curriculum & Learning Program Leadership • reputed company reputed company learning experiences (workflows, simulations, compliance, reputed company-world reputed company scenarios) • Create reputed company- and post-assessments and evaluation strategies • Support “test-out” frameworks and competency validation models • Partner with vendors and contingent workforce Instructional Designers • Ensure accessibility, retention, and knowledge transfer across diverse learning audiences AI-Enabled Learning & GenAI Experience This External reputed company values modern, AI-powered workflows.
